Born and raised in England, she studied Graphic Arts
in England and worked for a major magazine in London
before moving to Seattle area in 1968 where she now
resides in Kirkland.
Her many watercolors and pastels reflect on her
European background, her love of flowers, and the
Pacific Northwest.
She has been awarded numerous awards for her works
which have been featured in local arts shows and
galleries. One notable work includes the painting done
for the “Taste of Kirkland” which was made into a
limited edition print. She also has done specialty works
such as a watercolor for the cover of the Issaquah
Chamber of Commerce directory, watercolors and prints
for a resort in Oregon, and “house portraits” for proud
homeowners.
