My work is primarily in high fire stoneware and porcelain. It is food and oven friendly. I began ceramics when I moved to Portland in 1992 and have studied with some of the countries finest potters - Pat Horsley, Clary Illian, Don Spragge, and Jeff Oestrich. I have also studied with not-so-famous yet inspirational potters such as Kurt Piltz, Jan Edwards and Victoria Shaw. I have been at KAC for 8 years as a RCA and am both a grateful and enthusiastic supporter of the Arts Center.
