After retiring from the faculty of the U of W, I pursued my lifelong passion for gems, rocks, and jewelry design, obtaining my GIA graduate gemologist and AJP credentials. My love of gemstones has evolved into an "earthy" style, utilizing them extensively in my work with their unique traits ... quality, color, shape, clarity, luster ... at the heart of my designs. A variety of metals and handcrafted sterling accent components are incorporated. All pieces are fun, one-of-a-kind, arty adornments.
